The Loyalty Questionnaire

The questionnaire pictured below was used for both Selective Service purposes to identify possible military recruits among the interned population and for purposes of granting leave to live, work and go to school in midwestern and eastern cities. Approximately 8,000 internees identified as disloyal as a result of their answers to survey questions were sent to the Tule Lake camp in northeastern California.1 Click for Full Questionaire To Start You Thinking - 1) Skim through the entire questionnaire.
